At HUMCO Marine Products, customer service is more than a department—it’s a commitment. And for Greg Crowe, that commitment has been at the heart of his career since joining HUMCO in 2011.
A graduate of the University of Missouri–St. Louis, with a business degree, Greg brings years of leadership and customer relations experience to HUMCO after working in sporting goods management and serving as a representative for DHL for 15 years. Since day one, he has been a driving force behind the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.



Ask Greg what the most important part of his job is, and his answer is immediate: “Customer Service is Top Priority.” In fact, if you ask him what he enjoys most about the job, the answer remains the same. Greg is passionate about helping customers find the right resource or the right part to get their equipment running again—especially when it comes to older equipment that may require extra research and dedication.
Whether a project runs smoothly or presents unexpected challenges, Greg is known for sticking with it until the job is done. His commitment to supporting customers has become a defining part of “the HUMCO way.”
Greg often shares reminders that have become guiding principles for the HUMCO sales team, including:
- “What’s best for this boat?”
- “The best salesperson is not the best talker, but the best listener.”
Honesty and integrity are central to Greg’s approach. While he will go above and beyond to find solutions for customers, he also understands that sometimes “no” is the right answer. His focus is always on doing what is best for the customer and building trust through transparency and follow-through.
While Greg enjoys visiting customers whenever possible, he primarily anchors our inside sales team and continues to play a vital leadership role as HUMCO grows and evolves. With many exciting changes happening across the company, Greg has stepped into the role of mentor, helping train and guide new team members while continuing to model the values and work ethic that define HUMCO.
Greg believes strong customer relationships are only half of the equation. The other half, he says, is nurturing relationships with suppliers. This philosophy has helped fuel HUMCO’s continued growth and increased sales over the past 15 years. Through consistent communication, product knowledge, and dependable service, Greg has helped establish HUMCO as a trusted partner for both customers and suppliers alike.
Suppliers confidently refer customers to HUMCO because they know our team understands the products and stands behind every sale with dependable support. Greg believes success is not simply about price—it’s about service, follow-up, and a genuine commitment to helping customers succeed.
Outside of work, Greg is a proud St. Louis native and an avid golfer who enjoys sports and especially Cardinal baseball. He is also an outdoor enthusiast who spends time managing landscapes on his family property in Southeast Missouri to support deer, turkey, and other wildlife. In addition, Greg is a devoted uncle and great-uncle who enjoys attending sporting events and supporting the many activities of his nieces’ and nephews’ children.
As a senior leader at HUMCO Marine Products, Greg remains focused on supporting customers while embracing the opportunity to mentor the next generation of HUMCO team members and collaborate with new partners on Team MES. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to service continue to help drive HUMCO forward every day.
